Weicheng New Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd., located in Xuecheng Chemical Park, Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, is a high-tech manufacturer specialized in Glycidyl Methacrylate (GMA) monomer and Poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA) polymer. We have built an integrated industrial chain covering monomer synthesis, continuous precision rectification and polymer modification.

We operate a 6,000 tons/year continuous production line for high-purity GMA. Adopting self-developed continuous rectification technology, our GMA achieves purity ≥99.9% with strictly controlled inhibitor, moisture and colored impurities. Supported by self-produced high-quality GMA feedstock, our polymerization workshop manufactures PGMA with customizable molecular weight and epoxy equivalent. We are distinguished from most suppliers who only offer monomers without stable PGMA supply.

Our factory is equipped with DCS automatic production control system and professional analytical laboratory with multiple patents for acrylate synthesis and polymerization. Our materials serve industries including PCB solder mask ink, powder coatings, polymer modification and bioseparation materials. Products are supplied domestically and exported to Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe and North America. 1. Glycidyl Methacrylate (GMA)CAS:106-91-2Dual-functional acrylic monomer with reactive vinyl group and oxirane ring. It can undergo free-radical polymerization and ring-opening reaction with -COOH, -NH₂, -SH. Widely used in UV curable resin, PCB ink, powder coatings, adhesives, and as the key raw material for PGMA synthesis.

2. Poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA)CAS:25067-05-4Functional acrylic polymer synthesized from in-house high-purity GMA. Reactive pendant epoxy groups are evenly distributed along the polymer backbone. Narrow molecular weight distribution and high epoxy retention rate. Available as solid powder/pellets or solvent solution.Main applications: chain extender for biodegradable plastics, dual-cure coatings, surface modifier for inorganic fillers, functional microspheres and biomolecule immobilization substrates.
